Student Action Planning Day: Recipe For Success     

    Ingredients:

     *50-100 influential students from same or mixed grade levels

     *5-10 caring adult advocates

     *Problem solving tasks

     *Trust building activites

     *Dialogue

Combine influential students and caring adults in a supportive environment. Mix thoroughly until blended. Distribute evenly in small groups. Fold in problem solving tasks, trust building activities, and dialogue around issues of student importance.

Bake for 1-2 days. Watch the ingredients seamlessly blend together. Finish with student-driven action plans supported by caring adults & RefinED Character.
